Laszlo Danko and Viji Padmanabhan founded Bioloupe in 2023 after years in global pharmaceutical leadership roles. Having experienced firsthand how fragmented data and slow strategy cycles can delay innovation, they created Bioloupe to help life science leaders make confident, data-driven decisions—faster.

Laszlo Danko is an entrepreneur and seasoned pharmaceutical leader with over 25 years of international experience driving strategy and innovation in oncology, hematology, and specialty care. He holds an MSc in Molecular Biology and an MBA.
Viji Padmanabhan
Viji Padmanabhan is an entrepreneur and seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in business analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. She holds an M.A. in Economics.
